Diary of Aya: A Supermodel’s Beach Workout

Afternoon: Energetic Workout

By mid-morning, the beach had come to life with more people enjoying the sunny day. I transitioned from yoga to a more intense workout. Running on the sand is one of my favorite exercises; it’s much tougher than running on a solid surface and gives my legs a great workout. I ran along the water’s edge, feeling the cool spray of the sea and the warmth of the sun on my skin.

After my run, I did some strength training. I used a resistance band to work on my arms and legs, and did some squats, lunges, and push-ups. The uneven surface of the sand added an extra challenge to my routine, making each movement more effective.

Evening: Cooling Down

By late afternoon, I was ready to cool down. I took a leisurely swim in the ocean, letting the cool water soothe my muscles. Swimming is not only a great full-body workout but also incredibly relaxing. I floated on my back, looking up at the clear blue sky, and felt a deep sense of peace and contentment.

After my swim, I sat on my towel and enjoyed a light snack – a protein bar and some coconut water. I watched the waves and the people around me, feeling grateful for the beauty of nature and the joy of being able to exercise in such a stunning environment.
